The Unit Manager for Banking Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific unit within the banking operations department. The Business Support Engineer will play a key role in maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the Bank’s Core Business Systems. Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and competencies:

<li>An MCAST or University Degree in Information and Communications Technology (ICT).</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in SQL scripting and experience working with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), preferably Microsoft SQL Server (latest versions).</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of database administration and reporting tools, ideally Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).</li>
<li>Previous experience working with a Core Banking System will be considered an asset.</li>
<li>Familiarity with PowerShell/Python scripting for task automation and system management will be considered an asset.</li>

The Administrative Officer will need to:

<li>Ensure that names with hits are investigated in a timely manner with the necessary escalations being undertaken to safeguard AML/CFT policies and procedures whilst risks are mitigated through proper documentation and rationale;</li>
<li>Participate in regular meetings and investigate areas as necessary amongst the CRU or with other internal colleagues like FCC Office;</li>
