You will be responsible for:

<li>scanning and filing of various types of documents within the Credit Operations Unit;</li>
<li>assisting the Banking Operations Unit in the inward clearing process;</li>

The Analyst – Screening Helpdesk Customer Review Unit will be responsible for conducting investigations on Name and Payment Screening and analysing the hits being raised by the transaction monitoring system.&nbsp;
‍You will be responsible to: &nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>Analyse the hits being raised by the transaction monitoring system and assess whether the hits being are in line not with the known customer’s profile. In order to clear such hits, correlate with the customer information, including source of funds and source of wealth information and trigger the request of back up documentation as and when deemed necessary from the customer and other reliable sources, furthermore if suspicious of ML/FT arise, then escalate and raise the required internal report in line with the Bank’s AML/CFT procedures;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Analyse the hits being raised on the screening module with respect to customer and payment screening against the relevant sanction lists amongst others and escalate any identified positive hits, ensuring that such hits, including PEPs are fully investigated in line with the Bank’s internal procedures and regulatory requirements;&nbsp;</li>

The Legal Advisor will form part of the Bank’s Legal Department, with a primary focus on vetting the necessary searches to ensure that any hypothecary security registered in favour of the Bank adequately safeguards the Bank’s interests. The role also involves working closely with internal departments by providing legal guidance on hypothecary security, while liaising with external stakeholders to support a professional and efficient process for customers.

Duties and responsibilities
The Board Secretary serves as a crucial liaison within the Board of Directors, its committees and shareholders. The post reports to the Company Secretary and Chairperson of the Board, assists with various tasks and handle various responsibilities, including:

<li>Drafting and circulating minutes for Board, committee and shareholder meetings;</li>
<li>Managing Board and committee calendars, agendas, action trackers, and meeting materials;</li>
<li>Handling documentation, record-keeping, and administrative tasks related to proper corporate governance; and</li>
<li>Ensure timing regulatory filings and preparing statutory reports and company announcements as needed.</li>
</ul>
Competencies and experience
The Board Secretary must:

<li>Be able to prioritise, multi-task and work under pressure;</li>

<h4>Duties and Responsibilities</h4>
You will be responsible for:
<ul>
<li>performing daily Core Business Systems operations including and not limited to the Bank's end of day process during evening and Saturday schedules;</li>
<li>providing general IT support within established times for all desktop/laptop systems (hardware &amp; software) and support other IT teams in their on-going analysis of helpdesk requests with the aim of introducing efficiencies and fine-tuning processes;</li>
<li>performing daily infrastructure operations by maintaining hardware, operating and business software systems in good operational order;</li>
<li>the administration on PABX system;</li>
<li>supporting operations in the Bank's Data Centres in line with maintenance and security requirements;</li>
<li>supporting the administration of the Bank's network and systems. This includes but is not limited to the creation, maintenance and removal of users' accounts, user access rights etc;</li>
<li>providing on-site support to several BNF Bank remote sites;</li>
<li>performing the necessary backups and restore operations and other disaster recovery operations;</li>
<li>performing routine checks on the various Bank systems (networks, hardware and software) and maintaining appropriate records of mentioned checks;</li>
<li>sharing technical knowledge and ways of resolution with other team members;</li>
<li>supporting and developing data requests;</li>
<li>educating business end users on how to make effective use of their technological tools (hardware &amp; software) to speed up problem resolution, whilst keeping abreast with new technology; and</li>
<li>establishing good working relationships with the rest of the IT team.</li>

<h4>Skills</h4>
You must:

<li>be familiar with database reporting, ideally with Microsoft Server Reporting Services;</li>
