Duties & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Innovative Testing: Develop, design, and document comprehensive test plans and cases.
  • Collaborative Communication: Liaise with third parties and internal teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Requirement Analysis: Dive deep into product requirements to ensure thorough understanding and testing.
  • Comprehensive Testing: Perform functional and non-functional tests, including manual/ad-hoc testing, and automate wherever possible.
  • Integration & System Testing: Conduct integration, system, and regression testing to ensure product stability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with various stakeholders to identify and meet system requirements.
  • Triage Coordination: Lead and coordinate triage meetings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system and third-party SLAs and KPIs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Test Cycle Leadership: Lead test cycles, monitoring entry and exit criteria.
  • Defect Management: Manage defects and coordinate triage meetings as needed.
  • Process Optimization: Understand business processes to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Automation Implementation: Implement and optimize test automation processes.

Competencies & Experience

The Bank is looking for a proactive, well-organised individual with a keen eye for detail and a team-oriented mindset.

You must:

  • possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Computer Science or similar at MQF Level 6;
  • have hands-on experience in automation testing;
  • have hands-on experience with black and white box testing;
  • have experience with non-functional testing automation tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Cypress etc.;
  • be able to work independently and effectively;
  • possess analytical skills and be solution-oriented;
  • strive for excellence;
  • have excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal);
  • have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing;
  • ideally have experience in FinTech industry; and
  • have a sound knowledge and experience in the processes of Change Controls and Deviations.
