Duties & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- scanning and filing of various types of documents within the Credit Operations Unit;
- assisting the Banking Operations Unit in the inward clearing process;
- assisting in the vetting and due diligence processes related to account opening;
- sorting, scanning and filing of various types of documents within the Legal Operations Unit such as garnishees, court mandates and deceased;
- handling of the Housing Authority requests;
- conducting various snap checks on the scanning process;
- helping out in the account opening process by performing world checks on new customers as well as scanning;
- inputting of payments on TPH;
- inputting of valuation reports securing hypothecated properties on CMS (Collateral Management System);
- signature scanning and filing of personal new clients, single forms, and companies;
- assisting in sorting daily mail and processing undelivered mail; and
- assisting and carrying out any ad hoc office duties as required from time to time.
Competencies and experience
The potential candidate should be reliable and trustworthy team player with an aptitude for learning, able to work in a dynamic environment, meticulous and organised in your work.
You must:
- have a level of education at Ordinary Level;
- be proficient with MS Office Applications particularly in MS Excel;
- have experience in a similar role, which will be considered as an asset; and
- be flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude.
