Duties and responsibilities

You will be required to carry out administrative tasks such as:

  • processing legal related matter tasks such as deceased customer and garnishee mandates.
  • performing due diligence process of the opening of accounts for personal and non-personal customers 
  • inward and outward clearing process
  • managing the handling and processing of inward and outward payments both sepa and non sepa. 
  • handling chasers and queries on payments. 

Competencies and experience

You are a reliable and trustworthy team player with an aptitude for learning, able to work in a dynamic environment, meticulous and organised in your work.

You must also:

  • possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Management or Banking & Finance
  • adopt a target driven approach to work
  • have good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese
  • possess excellent Microsoft Office application skills mainly in the use of Excel and Word.
  • Must be willing to work occasionally on Saturdays.

Having previous experience in Banking will be considered as an asset.
