Duties & Responsibilities

You will be responsible to:

  • to provide specialist support to internal departments and branches, mainly related to Card Services, Internet Banking, ATMs, and other digital banking channels or services being handled by the Office;
  • assist in the project implementations and testing of new and existing features of the Bank’s digital banking channels and services;
  • to handle operational admin tasks related to the operations of the digital channels that fall within the responsibility of ECU;
  • to be familiar and stay updated with Card and Payments Industry standards;
  • to dealing with international suppliers, following up on incidents and escalate incidents with suppliers timeously;
  • to work on chargebacks and process claims;
  • to assist the manager with ad-hock reports and other tasks that may be required.

The potential candidate should be reliable and trustworthy, well-organised with a disposition to learn and have a team-oriented approach.

You must also:

  • adopt a meticulous and methodological approach to work;
  • be able to work on own initiative;
  • be solutions driven;
  • be resilient; 
  • have knowledge of banking and fundamentals;
  • be proficient with MS Office applications;
  • have some IT background with experience in testing will be considered an asset; 
  • have knowledge of the card business & digital banking will be preferred;
  • hold a diploma or certificate in business administration or equivalent, or study towards one.
