Duties & Responsibilities

The People & Culture Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving a high-performing, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. This role is responsible for leading strategies across talent acquisition and employer branding, employee engagement and relations, culture and organisational development, and people analytics. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to influence leaders, inspire employees, and deliver data-driven people solutions that support organisational growth.

Your role at a glance:

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Build and promote a strong employer brand to position the organisation as an employer of choice.
  • Develop partnerships with universities, associations, and talent networks.
  • Implement inclusive hiring practices to support workforce diversity.

Employee Engagement & Employee Relations

  • Design and implement employee engagement programs that foster motivation, recognition, and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations matters.
  • Manage conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes fairly and consistently.
  • Gather employee feedback and translate insights into actionable improvement plans.

Culture & Organisational Development

  • Champion initiatives that strengthen company culture and align with organizational values.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organisational transformation and growth.
  • Partner with leadership to design and deliver programs that build leadership capabilities and career development pathways.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion as a cornerstone of organisational culture.

People Analytics & Insights

  • Develop and implement people analytics frameworks to measure HR effectiveness and workforce trends.
  • Provide actionable insights on turnover, engagement, performance, and recruitment.
  • Support data-driven decision-making across all people and culture functions.
  • Monitor industry benchmarks and best practices to continuously improve people strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong background in talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Proven experience in employee engagement and relations.
  • Expertise in organisational development, change management, and cultural transformation.
  • Ability to interpret and present HR data to influence strategy and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) desirable.
  • 5–8 years of HR experience with demonstrated success in people and culture roles.
  • Experience in driving cultural change and delivering impactful people initiatives.
