Duties and responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- assisting in the carrying out of day-to-day operational duties in an accurate and timely manner in relation to customer loan facilities processing and maintenance;
- handling the daily updating of systems / reports in regards to Credit Agreements issued to Customers;
- handling the daily incoming Bank Guarantees that need to be issued / amended / extended or cancelled;
- handling the daily letters that need to be issued to customers in regards to extensions of drawdown periods & review letters;
- handling incoming House Authority reports requests;
- replying to relevant Jira’s to make sure that SLA’s are met in a timely manner;
- opening Proposals and updating systems / reports once Credit Agreements issued are returned signed by Customers;
- updating of any Risk ratings update provided by Risk Department;
- sorting of scanning shared folder according to decisions received on a weekly basis;
- charging of any relevant fees that may be due on a daily basis;
- completing end of month Central Bank Reporting & other regulatory reporting as required;
- effectively supporting the manager responsible for the unit in the daily tasks and providing general support as may be required;
- implementing and monitoring best practices that are issued from time to time; and
- maintaining a good and healthy working relationship with all internal and external parties including the Bank’s and customers’ architects, other banks and notaries being strategic partners in the unit’s activities.
Skills
You must:
- possess sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; and
- have at least an Advanced Level standard of Education.
