As a Data & Commercial Support Lead, you will play a key role in maintaining data quality and integrity while providing essential support across commercial, supervisory, and operational activities. Your contribution will support effective decision-making and help ensure data-driven business operations.
You will be responsible to:
administer databases and coordinate the collection, consolidation, and analysis of data from various functions within the Bank;
support Commercial Teams in the preparation of reports, insights, and presentations based on organisational data;
compile and deliver accurate statistics, data sets, and analytical reports as per departmental needs;
manage and maintain analytical tools and dashboards (ex. Power BI, Excel-based models) used by the department;
facilitate coordination and information flow between Bank units and external/internal stakeholders;
troubleshoot data-related issues and recommend effective solutions;
ensure full compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and regulatory frameworks; and
undertake additional duties and ad-hoc projects as directed by management.
You must:
possess strong understanding of analytical techniques and methodologies;
have the ability to turn data into actionable insights and effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
demonstrate experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting to business users;
possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills;
have a problem-solving mindset, proactive, and resilient under pressure;
have a customer-centric approach and strong attention to detail;
be proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and SharePoint;
possess a Degree or Diploma in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field;
possess a qualification or practical experience in Business Statistics and/or Data Visualisation (ex. Power BI) is an asset; and
minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry, using Microsoft technologies.
